Import a playlist straight from TIDAL, Deezer or YouTube Music, or from an export file (Spotify data export, Exportify CSV, CSV, M3U, JSPF, XSPF), canonicalise it against MusicBrainz, find which tracks are already in the local library, fetch the missing ones through the running Nicotine+ on Soulseek with the user's approval, and write an M3U in the original order. Also the direct route when the user simply names songs or albums they want ("get me X by Y", "the whole of that album"): request_music fetches them in one call. Use when the user mentions a playlist file or link, a TIDAL/Deezer/YouTube Music playlist, syncing a playlist, missing tracks, or getting a song, an album or a tracklist onto disk.
