Commission
25% recurring commission for the first 12 months per referred customer on qualifying paid Guard subscriptions.
Commission base
Net subscription revenue, not gross revenue. Taxes, credits, and similar adjustments are excluded from the commission base.
Duration
First 12 months per referred customer on eligible subscription payments.
Exclusions
Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, free trials, credits, fraud, and self-referrals do not qualify for commission.
Payment timing
Approved commissions are paid monthly or quarterly via Stripe Connect after the 30-day holding period and compliance review.
Disclosure requirement
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive commission when recommending Guard.
