Sponsorship terms
The short commercial terms behind every sponsorship on this site. The exact price, interval, renewal and cancellation terms are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Who you are paying
Sponsorship payments are collected by Moonscape Labs Inc. and support HOL open-source work. They are not charitable contributions. Moonscape Labs Inc. is the seller of record for sponsorship payments.
Final commercial terms are confirmed at checkout and on your receipt. This page is a summary, not a replacement for the terms accepted at purchase.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly sponsorships renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; anything you have already paid for runs to the end of its period.
Fixed-term placements (such as repository banners) do not auto-renew — rebooking is always an explicit new purchase.
You can cancel from the Manage sponsorship page, or through the payment provider’s own management page where your subscription was created.
Delivery
Project sponsorship places your approved logo in the README sponsor module of the repositories you selected, for the paid period.
Initial creative review happens before the first charge for a new placement: we confirm your logo meets the artwork requirements, then payment starts the placement.
If a paid placement cannot be delivered, we make it right — a rebooking, an extension or a refund, agreed with you in writing.
What sponsorship is not
Sponsorship does not grant governance, listing approval, trust scores, rank, votes, Cloud access, or any influence over technical decisions. Technical direction stays with the maintainers and the open review process.
Placement positions are labeled for what they are. Organic ordering, scores and search results are not for sale.
