About the Organization
Certisyn is a US verification-infrastructure company: the deterministic verification layer between institutions and the claims they act on. It issues cryptographically sealed, policy-versioned Verification Attestation Objects that travel with a claim across organisations and jurisdictions. Certisyn is an attestation source, not a consumer of attestations. It sits upstream of discovery, adjudication, settlement and enforcement, and produces the input those layers need and cannot generate for themselves: a third-party determination about a claim, sealed so a relying party can check it later without trusting either commercial party. Three properties define the output. It is deterministic — the same evidence produces the same result on every run, by any operator, at any time, because the result is derived rather than judged. It is replayable — any party can check the record with no account, no contract and no call to Certisyn. And it uses typed refusal — a source that could not be reached is recorded as unresolved, never as clear. Most screening collapses those two, and the collapse is invisible exactly when it matters most. Relevance to HOL: an agent that pays is a counterparty, and a counterparty makes claims. Certisyn's work maps directly onto the Agent Identity + Trust and Agent Discovery + Registries subcommittees — agent profile verification, attestation formats, trust signals, and shared test vectors for conformance. Certisyn is the author of the Attestation Reconciliation Protocol, published at the IETF and at revision 03, and is willing to contribute specification text, a reference implementation and test vectors. Everything above is checkable without asking us. keys.certisyn.com publishes the Ed25519 keys and transparency log every Certisyn seal resolves against. registry.certisyn.com resolves the code printed on any Certisyn certificate, at the network edge, with no dependency on the platform it certifies. datatracker.ietf.org carries three Internet-Drafts.
