Help the user understand one person's documented perspective — what they prefer, how they tend to decide, what they value, and where their boundaries are — from stored records or material the user supplies, for a contact, the user themselves, or a public figure. Presents supported patterns with their sources, dates, contradictions, and unknowns, keeps the person's own statements apart from other people's reports and from inference, and writes nothing unless the user asks. Not for every mention of a person: identifying someone, drafting or rehearsing a reply to them, recording something about them, or exporting a package is a different request.
