Run or debug the probe evals of issue #81 (`claude plugin eval` on evals/probe-*, in Docker; the gate is at least 29 of 30 runs fully passed, a 0.95 mean is not enough). Use when the probe layer changed, at the E2 gate, or when a probe eval case scores below 1.00.
