Answer in brief
CVE-2026-102050 records a High severity (CVSS 8.7) vulnerability in Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved: An adjacent attacker causes Layer 2 control-plane denial of service when LLDP is enabled. The current sources do not mark it as known exploited. The current feed maps Juniper Networks/Junos OS (generic), Juniper Networks/Junos OS Evolved (generic). Check affected ranges and fixed versions before updating.

A Stack-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability in the l2cpd daemon of Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows an unauthenticated adjacent attacker to cause a denial of service in Layer 2 control-plane processing via LLDP packets received on an interface configured for LLDP. Repeated triggering may disrupt LLDP and other Layer 2 control protocols across the device.
