Answer in brief
CVE-2026-107929 records a Unknown severity vulnerability in local interface connection reuse mixup. The current sources do not mark it as known exploited. The current feed maps curl/curl (generic). Check affected ranges and fixed versions before updating.
Analysis pending evidence review
HOL Guard separates source facts from reviewed analysis. See the methodology.
A CVSS score is not reported in the current record. The current sources do not mark it as known exploited. Treat this as a source-backed prioritization signal, not a statement about your environment.

When `CURLOPT_INTERFACE` (or the command line tool's `--interface` option) is set with one of the documented prefixes (`if!`, `host!`, `ifhost!`), that binding is not part of the connection reuse key, so a later transfer asking for a different source can silently reuse an existing connection and go out from the earlier transfer's source address
