Answer in brief
CVE-2026-23556 records a Critical severity (CVSS 9.4) vulnerability in oxenstored keeps quota related use counts across domain destruction. The current sources do not mark it as known exploited. The current feed maps Xen/oxenstored (generic). Check affected ranges and fixed versions before updating.
