Answer in brief
CVE-2026-55707 records a High severity (CVSS 7.1) vulnerability in CVE Program Container. The current sources do not mark it as known exploited. The current feed maps OpenStack/Neutron (generic). Check affected ranges and fixed versions before updating.
Analysis pending evidence review
HOL Guard separates source facts from reviewed analysis. See the methodology.
CVSS is 7.1. The current sources do not mark it as known exploited. Treat this as a source-backed prioritization signal, not a statement about your environment.

In OpenStack Neutron before 28.0.2, the subnetpool onboarding API does not verify ownership of the target subnets. An authenticated user can onboard subnets from another project's shared network into their own subnetpool, mutating the victim's subnet state and altering L3 routing and address scope behavior for victim routers.
