Answer in brief
CVE-2026-74784 records a Unknown severity vulnerability in Scriban before 7.2.0 Denial of Service via array.insert_at. The current sources do not mark it as known exploited. The current feed maps scriban/scriban (generic). Check affected ranges and fixed versions before updating.
Analysis pending evidence review
HOL Guard separates source facts from reviewed analysis. See the methodology.
A CVSS score is not reported in the current record. The current sources do not mark it as known exploited. Treat this as a source-backed prioritization signal, not a statement about your environment.

Scriban before 7.2.0 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the array.insert_at function that allocates unbounded null entries without respecting LoopLimit or LimitToString constraints. Attackers can supply a large index parameter to trigger OutOfMemoryException and crash the host process in under a second.
