Answer in brief
CVE-2023-22527 records a High severity vulnerability in CISA ADP Vulnrichment. The current sources mark it as known exploited. The current feed maps atlassian/confluence_data_center (generic), Atlassian/Confluence Data Center (generic), atlassian/confluence_server (generic), Atlassian/Confluence Server (generic). Check affected ranges and fixed versions before updating.
Analysis pending evidence review
HOL Guard separates source facts from reviewed analysis. See the methodology.
A CVSS score is not reported in the current record. Known-exploitation status makes exposure review time-sensitive. Treat this as a source-backed prioritization signal, not a statement about your environment.

Evidence: source:kev:kev:kev:recordA template injection vulnerability on older versions of Confluence Data Center and Server allows an unauthenticated attacker to achieve RCE on an affected instance. Customers using an affected version must take immediate action. Most recent supported versions of Confluence Data Center and Server are not affected by this vulnerability as it was ultimately mitigated during regular version updates. However, Atlassian recommends that customers take care to install the latest version to protect their instances from non-critical vulnerabilities outlined in Atlassian’s January Security Bulletin.
