Keeps requirements intact across Codex compaction, resume, and handoffs.

Long-running Codex tasks can lose constraints after compaction or resume. Context Guard keeps a private, task-local checklist of requirements and acceptance criteria, restores open items, and only allows completion when successful evidence matches the requested result. It works alongside Codex Plan, Goal, memories, subagents, worktrees, and the transcript; it does not replace them or grant permissions. Open source, local-first, and designed to fail closed when evidence is missing or ambiguous.
