Answer in brief
CVE-2026-114691 records a Medium severity (CVSS 5.9) vulnerability in Gcc: integer wrap in `std. The current sources do not mark it as known exploited. The current feed maps Red Hat/gcc (generic), Red Hat/gcc13 (generic), Red Hat/gcc-toolset-14-gcc (generic), Red Hat/gcc-toolset-15-gcc (generic) and additional mapped packages. Check affected ranges and fixed versions before updating.

HOL Guard separates source facts from reviewed analysis. See the methodology.
CVSS is 5.9. The current sources do not mark it as known exploited. Treat this as a source-backed prioritization signal, not a statement about your environment.

A flaw was found in the libstdc++ component of GCC. An attacker who can provide an excessively large element count to a boolean vector (std::vector<bool>) constructor can trigger an integer wrap during internal memory calculations. This issue leaves the container in an inconsistent state, leading to out-of-bounds memory access and resulting in an application crash or a Denial of Service (DoS) during subsequent operations.
